A light and tasty mushroom quiche that’s quick to prepare. Rich in vegetables (mushrooms and onions), it’s a good source of protein and makes a great option for family meals. (At my house, it’s a regular favorite!)

Tips

Every big change starts with a small one. Small changes introduced into your life can lead to significant transformation. Don’t be afraid to start with small steps and simple decisions, those are the ones that pave the way to lasting change!

Tip from Nir

Don’t follow hallway talk when it comes to nutrition and lifestyle. Always ask “why?” and where the information comes from. Your nutrition is your health, and if you’re unsure about anything, consult a certified dietitian.
